Position Title: Senior Contract Support Salary: £27-30k Based: London SE1 Role Type: Permanent
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To provide the Contract portfolio with support and supervision adding value, control and direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES To assist with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contracts. To assist in the production of supporting financial information. To maintain and update both manual and computer. To prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the Contract and Customer requirement. To administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance. Cover help desk duties when required.
SUPERVISION Directly supervise Helpdesk staff Ensure staff are recruited correctly, trained and reaching required performance standards
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Education [Essential] A good basic education is essential, with at least GCSE passes in Maths and English [Desirable] Higher educational qualifications to ‘A` level*HNC*D or degree would be beneficial.
Training [Essential] Good PC skills, with experience in Word*Excel*Concept and Outlook [Desirable] PowerPoint and Access.
Experience [Essential] Three years experience in a similar role. Competent working knowledge of Microsoft packages [Desirable] Background in engineering management administration. [Desirable] Previous experience of a helpdesk role using Frontline, Matrix software.
Aptitudes Excellent verbal and good basic standard of written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. A commitment to continuous quality improvement. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Character Committed to the delivery of excellence of customer service. Confidential and discrete approach. Self-motivated. Able to priorities demands and make decisions under pressure.
